Blue Ice Vodka started with “Big Jim” Myerson’s vision, who was a man with great charisma and integrity. He had a passion for fine wines and spirits, with a passion for creating truly handcrafted spirits, leading him on a quest through the Grand Teton Mountains.  With a vision to create his own vodka made with the highest quality crops that America had to offer.  He didn’t have to look very far to find the ideal crop region to craft his premium potato vodka.  Idaho became the region of choice, where the man behind the brand and his family came from and lived, and where the natural ingredients are sourced to make the best tasting, handcrafted potato vodka.

Pepper Paradise
1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Pineapple slices and red pepper slices.
Instructions: Slice a red chili pepper, and toss them into a cocktail shaker. Muddle the peppers to release the spice and aroma. Pour in the pineapple juice and Blue Ice Potato Vodka. Shake vigorously. Pour contents into ice-filled glass of your choice.

4 oz. Diet Ginger Beer (0 calories)
1 Splash Lime Juice (3 calories)
Garnish: 6-8 fresh raspberries, blueberries and lime wedge.
Instructions: Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with raspberries, blueberries and lemon wedge.
