The Luus FSV 450mm Split Pan Fryer is optimal for commercial kitchens needing precision and speed. With two 50MJ/h jet burners, thermostats, and a high temperature cut-out safety mechanism, you can count on consistent frying results. It also features a large cool zone and efficient multi-jet burners for superior performance and recovery. Includes two 11.5 litre fry pots with stainless steel fryer baskets.

▪ Premium components such as Fenwal thermostats improve accuracy and reliability, while efficient multi-jet burners optimise performance and recovery rates. Available in 450mm and 600mm wide models.
