TASTING NOTES

 Bold with a vanilla buttery & woody aroma, pear fruity earthy notes typical of Jabali agave, with great body and persistence on the palate and aromas. 

COCKTAIL

LA MULA OAXAQUEÑA
INGREDIENTS:
-2 oz. Firme Mezcal Jabali -1 oz Lime Juice
-1 oz. Simple syrup
-1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
Add lime wedge into copper mug & muddle, add Mezcal, simple syrup & ice,
top off with soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
