Mommenpop Ruby Grapefruit is light, barely-bitter, and prickling with notes of fresh grapefruit rind and cherry blossom. You drink it feeling like the day is just endless. Refreshing on its own and doubly refreshing in a spritz, we love Ruby Grapefruit poolside, at the beach, or on a picnic blanket in the park. An approachable, easy-drinking aperitif.

ABOUT MOMMENPOP

What's a winemaker to do when she finds herself craving something different?
One summer, Mommenpop founder Samantha Sheehan was searching for that answer. Sam wanted something that would beat the heat; something citrusy, colorful, and served with plenty of ice. But she was tired of fussy cocktails and sugary spritzes.

So Sam did what a winemaker does and she went to work. She combined locally-grown Seville Oranges with a base of her own Chardonnay and made something tangy and bright and totally new, to share with her family and friends.

What Sam made wasn't quite wine...it was more fun than wine. Wine bursting with thousands of pounds of organic California citrus. Mommenpop!

RUBY GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZ
The classic rosé spritz reworked with citrus-forward Mommenpop Ruby Grapefruit and rosé sparkling. Simple, elegant, and delish!

Ingredients
2 oz Mommenpop Ruby Grapefruit
2 oz Sparkling Rosé
1 oz  Grapefruit Soda

Process
Combine all ingredients in a wine glass. Add ice to mix. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice or peel.
