THE DISTILLERY

Scott Woodson and Gail “Shorty” Coppinger
are the alchemists of Elk Fence Distillery, a small-batch craft distillery specializing in American single-malt whiskey, botanical gin and vodka.
Their quest to create spirits that evoke the places they love has been a labyrinthian journey of discovery.

Scott Woodson and Gail Coppinger
have worked the last few years building out their distillery in beautiful Sonoma county, perfecting their recipes and dreaming of the day when their craft spirits can be enjoyed by people everywhere.

They make American Single Malt Whiskey, Botanical Gin, Vodka,
and soon enough... a Peated Bourbon!
They use the finest local ingredients and craft their spirits with the highest quality and care .

They strived to craft an American Single Malt that would stop you in your tracks and bring you to say "That's the best whiskey i've ever tasted!"

The Briny Deep is the result of using grain locally grown and malted just down the road, sometimes arriving at the distillery still warm from the drying bins and tasting crispy and sweet . We double pot distill and make deep cuts so only our hearts go in the barrel and not the "hangover."

COCKTIAL

Blueberry Vodka Lemonade
This blueberry vodka lemonade cocktail is such a refreshing summer vodka drink! Plus, it's super easy to make as a batch vodka cocktail.


3 tbsp fresh blueberries
¼ lemon juiced
1.5 oz Elk Fence Distillery White Elk vodka
3-4 oz lemonade
1 oz club soda optional
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 tbsp of blueberries and ¼ lemon, juiced.
Add in 1 shot of vodka and 4 shots of lemonade. If you're opting to add club soda (at the very end), add 3 shots of lemonade.
Add in a few ice cubes and shake the cocktail shaker until visibly frosted.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
If you're using club soda, now is the time to top your drink off with it.
Garnish with blueberries or lemons.
