Sensor specs:

  • PIR (Passive Infra red) Sensor
  • 180degree - detection angle
  • Up to 12m detection range
  • Working duration - 10sec - 4 minutes
  • Lux light level setting
The sensor has 3 adjustable setting:
Sensitivity - controls the distance the sensor reaches (reduce if too many false triggers)
Time - set the time the light will stay on for after triggering.
Lux - adjust the light level required before the sensor starts to work (ie set from a dusk light level to a completely dark at night level)

 

** The brushed aluminium version is designed to look like stainless steel.  Please note it is not stainless steel but Aluminium with a clear lacquer over it for protection from the elements.  We do not recommend this finish for coastal locations.
