TASTING NOTES

Color and Clarity: Water white and crystal clear

Aroma: Light, golden sugar and tropical fruits, followed by subtle spices and beach-aged hints of vanilla, r um cake and gentle oak

Body: Fresh, smooth and clean

Taste: Classic light Caribbean rum with hints of golden sugar, tropical and dried fruits, mild spice, gentle vanilla and bread pudding

Finish: Rich, graham cracker crust finish

COCKTAILS

Mojito 

1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Premium White Rum,1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 oz. simple syrup, 6 mint leaves, club soda

First, some encourage-mint: you can do this! Now, muddle mint with lime juice in a shaker. Add rum and ice. Shake well. Strain into ice-filled glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint and lime wedge

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE RUM PUNCH

1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
1 bottle Sparkling rose
3 cups strawberry lemonade
1/4 cup grenadine
1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Combine ingredients in a large pitcher. Serve over ice.
