New vintage kit by Realife Miniatures is the Heritage Series for making 1:12 scale dollhouse bathroom furniture and accessories includes a bathtub, sink, toilet, cistern, towel rack, 2 rugs, towels, and an assembly instruction booklet. Please note that some additional tools and supplies may need to be purchased in order to complete this kit (such as glue, stain, or paint, since the stain and glue included in the kit is original and the condition is unknown). Still in its original packaging. The contents appear to be accounted for and in excellent vintage condition. The perfect set for your dollhouse bathroom!
Box measures a little over 13" long x almost 9" wide x a little over 1.75" deep, and per the box the bathtub measures 6.25" long x 3" wide.

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
