The Neilmed Sinus Relief Rinse is a natural method specifically designed to alleviate congested sinuses. This product employs an isotonic solution made of Sodium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, and water, flushing the nasal passages with an ergonomic nasal irrigation container.

It provides fast and effective relief of nasal & sinus-related symptoms like sinus pressure, stuffiness, cold & flu congestion, hayfever and allergies. This convenient start kit has everything you could possibly need for a soothing and efficient sinus cleansing.

How to use:

  1. Firstly pour the contents of a sachet into the bottle provided and mix with 240ml of distilled lukewarm water.
  2. Next, stand and bend to a comfortable level in front of a sink or large container, leaning your head downwards. 
  3. While breathing, place the tip of the irrigation bottle into one nostril and gently squeeze to release the solution until it begins to flow from the opposite nostril.
  4. Finally, blow your nose to expel any remaining solution, making sure not to pinch to avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the eardrums. 
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 with the other nostril before cleaning and drying the bottle, replacing the cap before storing away.
