Vintage 26" Red Crinoline Layered Knee-Length Petticoat
Gorgeous full vintage red petticoat or crinoline slip has two layers and an elastic waist, Fully lined. The entire upper waist band area stretches to accommodate several sizes. There are no fabric tags, but I believe it's polyester. There are no size tags either, so please refer to the measurements listed below for the most accurate fit. Excellent condition with no signs of wear or damage. Wear underneath a full or circle skirt for added pouf. Great for costumes too!

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
