The Luus Professional Series 3 Basket Single V-Pan Fryer is designed to deliver precision and power. With a 120mj jet burner, Fenwal thermostat valve, and high temperature cut-out safety mechanism, this fryer delivers consistent performance. Constructed with heavy duty 0.9mm 304 stainless steel throughout, it features a 25 litre tank capacity, 3 stainless steel fryer baskets, and a 0.9mm stainless steel perforated fish/base plate. Enjoy consistent results with the Luus V-Pan fryer.
