Vacuum sealing is a HACCP compliant and cost effective way of storing food. The Purevac seals in the product, improving food quality by preventing dehydration. This enhances the food aroma, colour and taste. You can purchase meat and veggies in bulk while in season and store them safely for later use.
The unique Advanced Control System allows you to store up to 20 personalised programs for consistent results. It also comes with special programs for red meat, marinating, tenderising, and external vacuum. The liquid control sensor detects the boiling point of liquids and can pack soups, sauces and marinades safely, conserving the quality and weight of the product. The user friendly LCD screen has icons and can be programmed remotely.
The soft air and controlled ventilation protect the product and packaging while vacuuming up to 99.80 percent. The easy controls allow you to choose the level of vacuum needed. So, your products are sealed at a consistent rate. The sealing bar provides a strong double seal and can be removed for easy cleaning. The chamber is also easy to clean, with rounded edges. Insert plates adjust the height in the chamber. So, you can seal various volumes of products quickly. Seal in freshness, save space and extend your menu offerings with this easy to use, advanced commercial vacuum sealer.
