Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed.

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 level teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
• Do not use any metal during the preparation of this tea. Use a paper tea filter instead of any metal utensils.
• If needed, you may add a small amount of honey with a wooden spoon.
• Do not microwave.
