This is not an artificially flavored and sweetened liqueur. This is a traditional brandy fermented and distilled from organic apples, using about twenty pounds of apples per bottle, and aged up to 5 years.

We prioritize organic ingredients and production methods because it is better for the environment, and we work to support efforts that preserve the coast and waterways throughout California for future generations.

1.5oz Humboldt Organic Apple Brandy
.75oz Cointreau
.75 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Cinnamon Sugar to rim
Orange Peel Garnish
Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim of your glass, carefully dip the rim into a cinnamon sugar mixture. Next, add all ingredients to a shaker tin and top with ice, shaking vigorously until well chilled. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel.
