Humboldt’s Finest is a unique botanical spirit that drinks like a gin, but not. We infused this spirit with locally-grown hemp, as an homage to Humboldt County’s most iconic cash crop. The result is a refreshingly herbaceous spirit that presents notes of pine, cucumber, green tea, lemongrass and basil.

At Humboldt Distillery, we aim to capture the spirit of California in its natural state. Surrounded by beautiful undeveloped coastline and old-growth redwood forests, we are ever mindful of our environmental impact. We prioritize organic ingredients and production methods because it is better for the environment, and we work to support efforts that preserve the coast and waterways throughout California for future generations.

Our spirits are 60% water, and Humboldt County’s pristine water sources are a big part of what we think makes our product special. In as many ways as possible, we aim to ensure that our distillery is a low-impact business. There’s no dangerous waste or nasty byproducts coming from our facility, and we recycle wherever possible. And by jumping through the hoops to become a certified-organic distillery, we are doing what we can to impact our supply chain and ensure that our product is as sustainable as possible.

2 oz Humboldt’s Finest
5 Mint Leaves
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker tin. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake until very cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with rosemary to symbolize a coastal redwood.

2 oz Humboldt's Finest
1 oz Lime Juice
6 Basil Leaves Plus Garnish
Tepache to Top
Add everything except the Tepache to a shaker and muddle lightly. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Top with Tepache.
