Ten thousand square foot distillery and bottling facility with easy daily access across the Pacific Northwest without all the pesky Seattle-centric traffic.

450 gallon pot still for Vodka
42,000 gallons of wine in the ready for processing.
Full bottling and labeling line that will do 3500 bottles per hour.

Miles Jackson
Founder | Chief Distiller

National General Contractor for 36 years who decided to jump into the wine and spirits industry in 2020 during the height of COVID. Born in Oregon and raised in Washington since 1972. Whenever Miles does anything, he’s all in. His passion for everything is excellence and trying to achieve the best. This translates directly to Elk Haven Winery opened in 2022 which has already won 3 gold medals for wine produced in 2022 and one double gold best in class. Spirits are no exception. Miles has spent the past 3-1/2 years constantly distilling and perfecting Rainfire Vodka and Rainfire Bourbon Whiskey. When everyone else is sleeping, he’s working on perfecting the taste, aroma and image of Rainfire branded products. Tireless is an understatement.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: You’ll immediately detect a scent of vanilla and caramel. They’re both there, but you’ll have to decide which hits the nose first.

Palate: Surprisingly smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla, caramel and a sense of brown sugar. No detectable sweetness or oak earthy taste. Oak present, but not overwhelming.

Finish: Long on my tongue with a gentle warmth/softening effect with the aftertaste, which I consider favorable.
