TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Deep aroma of black tea with a hint of crisp citrus and earthy herbs.
PALATE: Tart and tangy with caffeinated notes of bergamot orange rind and sage.
FINISH: Lingering notes of citrus and herbs.

COCKTAILS

Southern Hospitali-tea
1.5 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka,  0.5 oz Agave Nectar, 2 oz Iced Tea
Place all ingredients in mixing tin & shake. Strain over fresh ice into Collins glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.


EG Bees Knees 
2 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka, 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
Combine all ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously & strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
