Vintage 1988 West Germany Ravensburger First to Reverse Children's Math-Themed Board Game (Complete)

Vintage First to Reverse board game made for Discovery Toys by Ravensburger is from West Germany. The game has a recommended age range of 5-10 and is for 2-4 players and strengthens math skills, stimulates language development, encourages socialization, exposes children to the use of rules, and encourages children to exercise good sportsmanship. The game is complete and includes a beautiful full-color folding game board of a race course, an instruction sheet, four colorful player pieces with images of people in assorted vehicles, and a sealed bag that contains 6 wooden dice in green, red, blue, and yellow and clear plastic stands for the game pieces. The object of the game is for the four racers to compete against each other in a race - as soon as one of them reaches his/her turning point (an arrow with the same color as the race figure), everyone must turn. The first to cross the finish line wins. Beautifully made and so cute in person! Great for children, who will love the colors and illustrations too. The box has some light wear that is consistent with age (please see photos), but all pieces are in overall excellent vintage condition - some of the pieces are still sealed, indicating that this game has never been played. All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
