The Hummingbird Duo Robotics Kit Duo is designed to inspire deep and joyful learning of robotics, coding and engineering in the classroom or any maker space.
The Hummingbird Robotics Kit is comprised of lights, sensors, and motors which allow students to build a robot out of any materials. The power of Hummingbird is in its flexibility - the same reusable kit can animate a poem, model the human arm, build an autonomous rover, or create a pinball machine.
Hummingbird epitomizes a low-floor, high-ceiling approach: absolute beginners can build & program a robot in minutes but continue learning advanced engineering & programming for years.
Hummingbird provides children a fun and engaging way to learn coding in software environments like Scratch, Snap!, and the CREATE Lab Visual Programmer.
One classroom kit is sufficient for a small class or group of 8-12 students; a regular classroom will probably require two kits.
The Hummingbird Duo Classroom Kit contains:

• 10 hobby servos and 6 servo extension cables

• Packaged in a reusable plastic tray organizer

Parts are housed in a durable plastic organizer tray, and in addition to Hummingbird components, the kit also includes a printed teacher guide, four USB flash bands, four Hummingbird pens.
