Well-rounded in taste, a fragrant aroma and a hint of vanilla in the end are all characteristics that distinguish Luxardo Amaretto. Brilliantly suited to use in classic cocktails such as Amaretto Sour, it can also be enjoyed neat or over ice as
an after-dinner drink.

TASTING NOTES

• Color: clear, bright burnished copper with golden highlights.
• Aroma: attractive toasted almond and marzipan
• Taste: lightly syrupy with macaroon, toasted bitter almond, black tea
tannins, madeira, Battenberg cake and zesty lemon

COCKTAILS

Amaretto Sour
45 ML – 1 ½ oz. Luxardo Amaretto di Saschira
30 ML – 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
15 ML – ½ oz. Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 egg white
Method: Dry Shake + shake & double strain
Garnish: Lemon zest
Glass: Old Fashioned
