Named after the location of the distillery in Paso Robles, this vodka is a gluten-free, corn based vodka. We proof it back with local spring water and run it through an organic coconut husk charcoal filter. Our vodka is best described as smooth, with very little burn and a vibrant flavor. It’s clean, odorless, and the water used to create it is local and pure.

MASTER DISTILLER 

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license!  I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine.  We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem.  My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits.  After all, we wouldn’t want you to go thirsty!  Cheers!

vodka — float kombucha to finish — lemon lime flowers

Paso Mule -ice filled copper mug - 1.5 oz vodka - float
ginger beer to finish - garnish with a lime

Tin City Transfusion - bucket glass
This is the paso mule with a float of grape juice —

Hawaiian Sunset - Tall Glass — 1.5 oz vodka - tiki mix —
grenadine — add vodka & tiki mix to ice filled tall glass float a
dash of grenadine over cocktail & stir for the ‘sunset’ —
garnish with a cherry / orange slice / flowers
