Sona PregnaPlan is a carefully balanced nutritional supplement formulated for use before, during and after pregnancy. Each capsule includes the recommended levels of 20 essential nutrients including Omega 3 & 6, Iron, Folic Acid and Vitamins B Complex, C, D, E and K, which research shows are essential to the development of your unborn baby.

 Folic Acid is important for maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, including the placenta. Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 and Iron help maintain normal blood formation, important for the blood supply during pregnancy, and help in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as maintaining a healthy immune system. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, DNA synthesis and cognitive function.
