Copper Wall Art - Ocean Horizon II - 8" x 35"

The art of fire painting is a unique process of torch work which causes copper to patina into beautiful colors. There are no chemicals, paints, acids, or stains used in this process, only heat from the torch. Unique grinding techniques are done before heat is applied, causing a shimmering effect to the art when light is applied.

Once finished, the copper is then wrapped around a custom-built, curved wood frame and sealed with a special finish to prevent patina, while also offering UV protection so that the piece may be displayed in the sun. It is recommended to clean the copper artwork with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.

This piece is made to order. Please allow for a two to three week delivery time.
