Stone Pier® is a vibrant blend of our pot-stilled Brightwater silver rum and a five-year-old column-stilled rum from Colombia. Get in the spirit with tropical tones of vanilla, spice, and caramel. By the bottle or the glass, good times await.

THE DISTILLERY 

Our Story
Three of Strong Spirits began as a conversation between two good friends sipping some rum and ruminating about the things that matter most to us. Our community, camaraderie, and the joyful, unexpected adventure of making a life in Maine. 

Wouldn’t it be great if we could create and distill world-class rums that reflect those priorities right here in Portland, Maine? Unlike many lesser ideas that we've hatched over a glass, this one still made sense the next day. We've been working hard ever since to build Three of Strong and celebrate the spirit of spirits.

 

Our process
Our goal is to do things the right way, from start to finish. This starts with how we treat people. Our employees, visitors, and East Bayside neighbors are all a part of the Three of Strong community.

We use 100% organic evaporated cane syrup and molasses, yeast, and pure water from Maine’s beautiful Sebago Lake to craft our rums. We're proud to source our aged rum from a family distillery in Barranquilla, Colombia that makes rum the way we do, without any artificial flavorings or colors.

There are no shortcuts when it comes to distilling premium aged spirits, and we’re always looking for ways to make things better. Got an idea for us to improve our product or experience? Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

TASTING NOTES

Stone Pier is amber in color, with aromas and flavors
of banana, dried fruits, orange peel, and vanilla.
Stone Pier is a versatile rum that can be enjoyed on
its own or in spirit-forward cocktails.

COCKTAIL

Stone Pier® and Tonic Recipe

Ingredients
2 oz. Stone Pier® rum

Lots of ice

1-3 Lime wedges

Tonic water

Steps
Squeeze 1-3 lime wedges over the rum and drop them in the glass. Add 3-4 ounces of tonic water in a highball glass and give it a quick stir.
