What goes in.

Cordyceps sinensis (cordyceps), ganoderma lucidum (reishi), grifola frondosa (maitake), lentinula edodes (shiitake), trametes versicolor (turkey tail mushroom), polyporus umbellatus (zhu ling), tremella fuciformis (tremella), wolfiporia cocos (poria).

Each mushroom is carefully sourced from traditional herb-producing regions of China and always grown on wood, with the exception of our Cordyceps Cs-4 which is produced via liquid fermentation.
