What's the story?
Like any parent with their first born, we couldn’t be bloody prouder.

Not that we have favourites but arguably our Harrington is the most distinctive and bold of them all.

THE DISTILLERY

Real Tastes Better
Warner’s Distillery is the world’s leading premium farm-born gin producer. Its spirits are lovingly crafted with nature using ingredients directly from the botanical gardens, hedgerows, and natural springs of its farm estate.

Created and run by Tom & Tina Warner, Warner’s Distillery sits in the rolling hills of Northamptonshire. Steeped in ancient farming history, the estate dates back to the 13th century Knights Hospitaller whose hand-built fish ponds were fed by the farm’s spring water.

Since launching in 2012, Tom & Tina have built an expert team, producing unique spirits, elegantly crafted from ingredients grown on the farm such as elderflower, angelica, verbena and lavender.

Avoiding its competitors industrial approach, the Warner’s process is painstakingly focused on creating the best-tasting liquid, combining traditional gin production and the best farm-grown ingredients for a contemporary twist on flavor.

As the Warner’s state, “the path less travelled is often hardest but offers the richest rewards - working with real fruit and botanicals is far more complex than using factory created flavourings, but it creates the best tasting spirit, and that’s why we believe ‘Real Taste Better’ ”

TASTING NOTES

Nose
Bold and spicy pepper with cardamom appear on the nose and acquiesce to elderflower and subtle vanilla.

Palate
Juniper arrives first on the palate and evolves into silky smooth orange and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish
The finish is long and smooth with gentle nutmeg and black pepper spice.

A contemporary take on a classic, inspired by the British countryside. Ginger beer, raspberry, basil and citrus notes perfectly compliment the spicy kick of Warner’s award-winning Harrington Dry Gin. Real gin has the countryside in.

fresh basil and lemon peel

Recipe
Method
Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaking tin.
Fill the tin and a highball with fresh cubed ice.
Shake the drink hard until cold.
Pour​ into the highball and top with ginger beer. Garnish and serve.
