    This NOW product offers a balanced mix of two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (and their derivatives) essential for various body functions: Omega-3 oil extracted from Flax Seed and Canola, and Omega-6 oil (GLA) derived from Primrose and Black Currant. 

    Suggested Use

    As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 2 nos of softgels 1-3 times daily with meals. Also, consider taking this product in amalgamation with NOW True-E BioComplex, CoQ10 and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
