The first sip, rich but not cloying, suggests oak with dried fruit and a hint of herbal rye. A smooth and easy finish of caramel, toffee, and rye lingers on the palate. It's this interplay between sweet and spice that gives our American Whiskey its signature profile. Mash bill: 94% corn, 4% rye, and 2% malted barley.

*We don't filter our Whiskey in order to preserve the true, essential flavors. Some natural charcoal sediment may occur from our charred oak barrels. You can strain it out with a coffee filter if you like, but it's harmless and delicious. Cheers!

COCKTAILS 

THE MULHOLLAND

1 ½ oz Mulholland American Whiskey    
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
1 oz dry vermouth
¼ oz lemon juice
Sage leaf

Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with fresh sage leaf.

MULHOLLAND  MANHATTAN

2 oz Mulholland American Whiskey
1 oz Dolin Red Vermouth de Chambery
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur (optional)

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker. 
Fill with ice. Stir until well chilled. Serve neat in a chilled glass. Garnish with quality cherry.

THE OLVERA

2 oz Mulholland American Whiskey    
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz  orange juice
¾ simple syrup (or diluted honey)
1 small dash of Firewater Bitters

Shake/strain over a couple large ice cubes
