Anthropologie Rare "Many Folds Dress" by Moulinette Soeurs, Size 4, Originally $128

Rare Anthropologie "Many Folds Dress" by Moulinette Soeurs is a flattering dress with a fun and whimsical all over print of origami instructions of folding a paper crane bird or sailboat along with words and numbers, all in black and white. The dress also has a kimono-style feel with a v-neck, slight dolman-style short sleeves, pleating at the bust and waist with an attached waist tie for a flattering fit-and-flare look and angled pleating at the back of the bodice. Covered buttons run down the entire length of the dress, and this was professionally tailored to have a small snap sewn in at the bust to make the top a little more modest and a little less busty (please see photo). 100% silk. Nice modest below-the-knee or midi length too! From the Anthropologie website: "Whimsy and monochromatic merriment cover this pleated silk dress printed with sketches of origami cranes." Excellent pre-owned condition, only worn a few times and shows no signs of wear or damage. Rare and hard to find! Size 4. Originally $128.

All clothing items are ironed prior to being photographed, but please keep in mind that they may become wrinkled in storage or in transit. For vintage and pre-loved items we do our best to note any imperfections while we're photographing and listing products, but it’s always possible that we might miss something. Vintage clothing in general and all vintage clothing listed in the store has been pre-owned and most likely worn by previous owners unless specifically stated otherwise. Any items that are new or pre-loved will be identified as such.

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know at or prior to checkout if you have allergies or sensitivities and we will take extra precautions. Please keep in mind that while most of the clothing and products in the shop are scent-free due to our strict policy of cleaning with products that contain zero fragrances or scents that some vintage items may include scents from previous owners or locations. Items can also pick up scents by the various mail carriers that may handle the package or from other items while they’re in storage, though we try to keep contact between items to a minimum for this very reason.
