Quickly relieves major cold and flu symptoms, helping you to get a good night's sleep and to wake feeling better. Taken before bedtime Night Nurse helps relieve: sore throat pain, shivers, aches and pains, tickly cough, runny nose. Each measure at bedtime, of the concentrated Night Nurse formulation, contains: Promethazine, decongestant to dry up runny nose and sniffles, so easing breathing. Dextromethorphan, to reduce the tickly cough often associated with colds. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic to relieve aches, pains, shivers, and reduce temperature. All in the demulcent syrup which aids restful sleep.

How to use:

Fill measure cup to 20ml mark (or four 5ml spoonfuls).
Take just before bedtime.
