Juniper provides a backbone of piney flavor, while coriander, anise seed, cardamom, sarsaparilla, lavender and bitter & sweet orange peel give it layers of complexity. Aviation is credited with creating the American Gin category and is perfect for classic cocktails like the Martini or Gimlet.

This cocktail inspired American spirit brings together the smooth flavor of cardamom, lavender, anise seed, orange peel, sarsaparilla, coriander, and juniper to create the perfect drinking experience.

2 oz Aviation American Gin
3/4 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
6 leaves Mint
3/4 oz Simple syrup

Preparation
In a pint glass, muddle the mint leaves
Add spirits & mixers
Fill with ice & shake vigorously
Strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a mint sprig

2 oz Aviation American Gin
1 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
1 oz Honey syrup


Preparation
In a pint glass, add spirits & mixers
Fill with ice & shake vigorously
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
