Nose: Musky notes of leather, warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a trace of ginger
Palate: Oak balanced with coffee cake, nuts, caramelized banana, and candied figs
Finish: Spices, pecans, walnuts with a full-bodied finish

The Midnight Shindig is the perfect celebratory cocktail: a blend of Pendleton® Midnight Whisky and your favorite champagne. Pendleton Midnight adds a richness to balance out the crisp bite of the champagne, with a sugar cube and a dash of bitters to round it out. You’ll never want to cheers with anything else.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pendleton® Midnight
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Champagne
METHODS
In a stirring glass, add sugar cube and aromatic bitters and muddle well into a paste. Add Pendleton® Midnight and ice, and stir for 10 seconds. Pour mixture into a flute glass and top with champagne.
