Artisan-Made Vintage 1:12 Miniature Dollhouse Wooden Writing Desk by E.D Stokes
Beautiful vintage artisan-made miniature dollhouse writing desk is made out of wood with a pretty walnut stain and has four curved legs, a beautiful wood-grained surface, carved lines on the underside of the desk and three removable drawers with gold brass handles. The middle drawer even has a tray on the inside for pens and pencils. Please note that the drawers should be pulled or removed carefully as it's a delicate piece. The desk is not signed, but inside the middle drawer is a folded up piece of pink paper with the handwritten name of the artist, "ED Stokes" and "2/91". We weren't able to find any specific information on this artist but the name might be either Ed or have the initials E. D, as we have a few pieces by this person and both are noted as possible names. It's a very well-made piece that's rare and hard to find! Excellent condition and perfect for a dollhouse office, bedroom, library, den or study!
Measures 4 7/8" long x 2.5" wide x 2.5" tall.
